Letter of reference
To whomever it may concern,

I would like to confirm that the moving company AGS based in Warsaw, Poland, represented by Mr. Piotr Zelwak, in cooperation with its Italian representative company Vinelli&Scotto, represented by Ms. Laura Busettini, has accepted our request to move our ex president Mr. Leo Wencel back from Milan to Warsaw, finally executed in May 2020.

The operation took place at a time of an intense pandemic of COVID-19 and therefore required excellent planning and preparation for logistic solutions, cooperations with relevant authorities and, finally, all the operations needed to be done fully in respect of pandemic safety requirements and limitations.
I would like to state that AGS together with its Italian partner Vinelli & Scotti has done an excellent job coping successfully with all of the challenges and the size of the operation.

I know from Mr. Leo Wencel that he is of high opinion of the service provided. The professionalism and attitude of the team was impeccable and he thus values the moving service very highly.
It is my pleasure to confirm our high valuation of AGS and Vinelli & Scotto services.

With best regards.

AGS Warsaw completes Brazilian Ambassador’s move https://www.agsmovers.com/news/ags-warsaw-completes-brazilian-ambassadors-move/ Sun, 20 Jan 2019 12:33:42 +0000 https://www.agsmovers.com/?p=39737 AGS Movers Warsaw recently completed a diplomatic cargo move for Brazil’s Ambassador to Poland, Alfredo Leoni. Mr Leoni has served as Brazilian ambassador for several countries around the world for nearly 40 years and most of his household goods included collections of very fragile items.

AGS Warsaw Key Account Manager, Piotr Zelwak managed the move of Mr Leoni’s goods from Poland back to Brazil. Piotr, an AGS veteran for more than 20 years, has handled countless moves throughout his career but admits that this move was very special due to its sensitive nature. “The household goods of Mr Leoni included large collections of fragile items such as crystal and porcelain pieces, as well as antique furniture and various works of art,”says Piotr.

The AGS Warsaw team once again demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail to move Mr Leoni’s consignment, and great care was given to packing and boxing the household items. AGS used high quality boxes and packing material to ensure all items were secure and minimum damage was caused to the valuables.*

“I was very careful in choosing a moving company as I’ve learned the importance of having an experienced team during the course of my career,” says Mr Leoni. “Considering the dismal performance of some of the moving companies we have worked with in the past, I made the decision to work with AGS for my final move back to Brazil.”

“The AGS packing team is very experienced and extremely careful with each piece. The packing was performed in the most professional way. Besides for the excellence of its packing team members, AGS also uses solid boxes which adds additional protection and gave me extra peace of mind,” says Mr Leoni.

AGS Warsaw packer, Maciej Antczak, who has worked at AGS for more than ten years, handled all the packing for the move. He did an excellent job and successfully packed more than 200 boxes of chinaware.

“I am very satisfied with the service received from AGS Warsaw. The team, under the supervision of Piotr Zelwak, was very professional and took care of all paperwork related to the move. Piotr is an industry expert and pays extra attention to all matters related to the move, from packing to shipping,” Mr Leoni added.

The AGS Group would like to congratulate Piotr (pictured above with a painting offered by Mr Leoni) on completing 20 years at the company. The success of Mr Leoni’s move is further evidence of the great service Piotr has offered during his tenure and we wish him many more successful moves in the future.

The first was a full door-to-door removal for Academy Award-winning director Pawel Pawlikowski, as he moved from Paris to Warsaw – with Mr Pawlikowski reportedly very pleased with AGS’ services! The second removal was for the Auschwitz Museum.

AGS’ services are frequently utilised due to the company’s commitment to superior quality. This was a prerequisite when AGS Warsaw was tasked with an extremely delicate removal: moving World War II museum pieces from the Auschwitz Museum to an exhibition in Rome. AGS applied their meticulous packing techniques, and transported the items safely via airfreight to and from Italy.

AGS branches in Poland, Kenya and Uganda receive prestigious FAIM Plus accreditation. https://www.agsmovers.com/news/ags-branches-in-poland-kenya-and-uganda-receive-prestigious-faim-plus-accreditation/ Wed, 26 Mar 2014 13:55:46 +0000 https://www.agsmovers.com/ags-branches-in-poland-kenya-and-uganda-receive-prestigious-faim-plus-accreditation/ While at the end of 2013 it was announced that AGS Movers Ghana had received FAIM Plus accreditation in Africa, AGS Movers Kenya, AGS Movers Uganda and most recently AGS Movers Poland have also been accredited at this level while having their FAIM accreditation renewed at the start of 2014.

According to Alexandre Lebegue, AGS’ Senior Group Quality Manager, FAIM Plus accreditation provides branches with a competitive advantage through its higher image and level of expertise – including stringent conformance requirements.

“The FAIM Plus standard was introduced in January 2013 by FIDI. When AGS branches are ISO 9001:2008 accredited and renew their FAIM certificate (10 to 13 branch every year), we are asking for the audit to be conducted under FAIM Plus requirements,” Alexandre explains.

“To achieve that level of expertise and the great organisational achievement, it is through teamwork where employees driven by their captain (branch manager) are the key to success.”

He confirms that the following AGS branches are also due to receive FAIM Plus accreditation in 2014: Serbia, Budapest, Madrid, London, Tunisia, Belgium, Bratislava, Egypt, Morocco, Mozambique, Senegal and Prague.

Reflecting on Uganda’s FAIM Plus accreditation, AGS Uganda Country Manager, Julien Favre-Bulle, said:

“This certification is the proof of the commitment of all the AGS Uganda staff to provide our clients with the best service possible.” AGS Kenya’s Branch Manager, Gil Recizac, echoed this sentiment.

“Over the past approximately ten years AGS Warsaw’s core staff have remained for the most part unchanged – always developing, growing in experience and all the while maintaining a very high degree of personal involvement and motivation,”

added Antoine Duquesnay, AGS Poland’s Branch Manager.

“We also have a long history with FAIM, and a will to maintain and even improve our level of professionalism.”
